Took time to read the supplementary evidence provided, from what it looks like Lexa was the one who banned Etlenor, however Guy was the one who initially banned Charlie for continuously posting this (if anyone talks to him Charlie will confirm).
I'm unsure if I can post this pdf as evidence, if forum staff want to they can take it down.
I don't see Lexa getting punished for the same behavior the owner has, however Lexa has been demonstrating this behavior for far longer and if anyone remembers I left a feedback post about it. Members of the Halo community also had many opportunities to report Lexa for abuse but it wasn't ever done.
