I very much enjoy the fact you are, as you say, an 'honest' candidate who is 'straight to the point'.
I see this as meaning you do not mince words.
EDIT: At the time of writing the above, it was during a week where I could say, confidently, in the week prior to that week, that I could recall recognizing the applicant's activity. I also recall her showing the appropriate level of respect and appropriate response to a player Rump had to ban for hate-speech. No idea what was wrong with the man, mf just went off on a rant with 12 people on and many players responded appropriately to it, including you. Good signs. Good signs. But it is to be expected of you.

I do not know what concerns these could be.
Perhaps you could do the applicant the courtesy of publicly spelling out these concerns here in her application.
While there is a time and place for DMing applicants' feedback privately; it is unclear if this is one of them.
