+1, I know Gino for a short bit and I can say that she is a great person. I believe she is studying in uni right now so that means that she will work very hard to look after the server as a staff manager by using the skills she learnt in uni on here. She seemed to have the right balance of strictness and goofiness. But I know when things gets serious, then she is serious. If you feel that I am wrong, Gino then by all means comment on this post and we can discuss on why I believe you will be the right candidate for this role.
