Bathilda is probably the safest choice. I was around before she decided to resign as admin and she did really fine. Personally, I haven't interacted much with her but I can tell she has always been nice to me, no issues at all. Her professionalism is a huge plus and I have no doubts that she will stay professional after she gets the position.
