You can't.
There have been people in the past who abused features to delete accounts to cover up bad interactions or disciplinary history (details are with forum staff, even i don't know the exact situations). I would imagine unless you're an EU resident and claim GDPR and the right to be forgotten under that law (but bear in mind, these servers are hosted in America) or are under 13 in America and claim COPAA there would be no way to delete an account.
