Roughly 6, varying small things.
(6) Have you been banned within the last week?
No, other than my current ban being reinstated
(7) Why were you banned in this instance? (Explain in Detail)
Originally my ban was for having a family share, but I also scripted which was completely foolish and stupid of me to do in the first place. A friend gave me scripts, I decided to test them, and that’s basically how it went down. I sincerely apologize for this and I promise these scripts will never be used again. (If there is anything I can do like have staff make me screenshare to make sure I dont join the server with any other programs then by all means let me know and I won’t hesitate to do so).
(8) Do you think you deserved the ban?
Yes, I deserved this ban and have learned a lot from it, this was one of those bans that remind me how foolish of a predicament I’ve gotten myself into and one of those lessons you learn even though it should be common sense not to make silly mistakes like the one I made.
9) Why should you be unbanned?
It's been a year and a half (536 days) since that ban had been issued. I would like to come back to the rebranded server and get another chance, I promise you that I won’t disappoint and make this error again, I am sorry and I hope you can forgive me for this completely ridiculous decision that I made a year and a half ago.
(10) Have you learned your lesson from this ban?
Yes, I've learned that I shouldn't use scripts on the server, and will not do it again, neither will I family share.

Free da homie Joe Rosa out the slammer.
It’s been almost 2 years since the initial ban was issued and since the server wiped all bans but kept scripting ones. I believe he should be able to have a chance at playing SBS again after showing remorse in almost all of his previous appeals and if he does script again just send him back to Tartarus or whatever it’s called.

Just let the man return. If he gets caught doing so again it's obviously a ban, and he knows better.
He waited an entire what 500+ days to appeal something? I see no wrong in giving the man another chance on a new server.
Seems sincere in his apology and appeal. Let the man have another shot. It was for bhopping for gods sake. As long as he no longer possess' the scripts, I'd say give him the damn chance.
To be fair, the server is in dire need of players.

From what I remember from what was told to the staff when the new server came out was that every single ban was to be wiped, apart from community risks, scripting, cheating, and similar ones. If we were to have Joe unbanned, then every single other hacking/cheating/scripting permaban would have to be equally accepted (i don't think that these are supposed to be appealable). Either way, it's going to be a staff team collective decision, and I can assure most people that there's a lot more behind Joe's ban than just scripting.
No vote, just informing people what I remember.
Quick edit: I do believe that if Sukhi is currently unbanned due to the wipe, then I think that should be taken into consideration during the next meeting as a way to get Joe unbanned (assuming that he was on Sukhi's alt account, I don't remember).
